Labor Day Closings
Monday marks the celebration of Labor Day, set aside to recognize the work force’s contribution to the nation and the traditional end of summer.
* GOVERNMENT AND BUSINESS: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices, stock and commodity exchanges, libraries and many businesses will be closed.
* TRANSPORTATION: OCTA buses will follow holiday schedules and MetroLink trains will not run.
* TRASH: Regular collection for the week will be delayed by one day in most Orange County cities. In some cities, only Monday collections will be delayed a day.
