Silverado Senior Living Plans Alzheimer’s Center
Silverado Senior Living purchased three acres of vacant land in Oxnard from Sunrise Properties for more than $795,000. The land is located at the northwest corner of Lombard Street and Wankel Way.
Silverado Senior Living, with facilities throughout Southern California, plans to build a 96-bed, 36,000-square-foot Alzheimer’s disease care center on the property. Scheduled occupancy is 2001.
