The Newport Harbor Nautical Museum will sponsor the 11th annual Heritage Regatta on Sept. 16, with an electric-boat scavenger hunt kicking off at noon. A party begins at 5 p.m., with an awards ceremony and live entertainment, at the museum, 151 E. Coast Highway. Information: (949) 673-7863.
