Sheriff’s Dept. Seeks 4 People on Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people who allegedly violated probation or failed to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Gary Allen Athan, 48, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of auto theft and grand theft. He last lived in the 8400 block of Clear Drive in Ventura.

Athan is white, 5 feet 6, 145 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes, a tattoo of a man on his right arm and a dot on his left hand.

Diana Cortez Delgado, 47, who also uses the last name Aranda, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. She last lived in the 200 block of Delaware Drive in Ventura.

She is Latina, 5 feet 5, 135 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of India on the left side of her chest and “JC” with a rose on her left arm.

Eric Steven King, 36, allegedly failed to appear in court on a drunk-driving charge. He last lived in the 4400 block of Costa De Oro in Oxnard. He is white, 6 feet 2, 210 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes.

Gilbert Villacarillo Palanca, 39, who also uses the first name Bert, allegedly failed to appear in court on a sex crime charge. He last lived in the 7800 block of Manchester Avenue in Playa Del Rey.

He is Filipino, 5 feet 6, 145 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information can call Ventura County Crime Stoppers anonymously at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
