LA HABRA
The City Council approved the plans, specifications and engineering cost estimate for the construction of an underground storm drain. The project, which would cost the city $27,170, would be paid for through the Capital Project Fund. A property owner at 710 W. Erna St. in La Habra granted city officials a storm drain easement.
