Authorities Seek Public’s Help in Apprehending 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department needs help finding four people being sought for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants were issued in each case.

Miguel Manriquez Hernandez Jr., 37, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possession and sales of a controlled substance. He last lived in the 1900 block of Ventura Avenue in Ventura.

He is Latino, 5 feet 7, 145 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes. He has a skull tattooed on his left arm.

Agustin Victor Ramirez, 25, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for conspiracy. He last lived in the 4100 block of Valley Fair Drive in Simi Valley.

He is Latino, 5 feet 9, 200 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. He has several tattoos, including the name Ramirez on his back and the words “Alondra, Forever Marie” on his chest.

Toby Jean Chanel, 58, allegedly failed to appear in court on forgery charges. She last lived in the 100 block of Merry Oak Lane in Westlake Village.

She is white, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. She also uses the names Jeanne Michaels, Barbara Kisio and Barbara Griffith.

Christopher Lee Fleming, 29, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 2500 block of Chandler Avenue in Simi Valley.

Fleming, who also uses the last name Zimmerman, is white, 6 feet, 215 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes. He has the names Candice and Chelsea tattooed on his right arm.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK (8255) or 494-TALK (8255). There is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
