Writers Workshop Taking Applications

Women Playwrights Outreach Project is accepting applications for its first session of “Real Images,” a free writing workshop for African American women working on a stage or screenplay. The 10-week workshop, open to eight to 10 participants, is scheduled to begin Nov. 2. It will culminate in a staged public reading of participants’ work, with collaboration with professional directors and actors.
