In the Golden West League:

Tustin 5, Westminster 0--Diana La Riva pitched a two-hitter, striking out 10, and Ashlee and Katie Speicher each had two hits and scored two runs for the first-place Tillers (10-4-1, 4-0). Second-place Westminster is 4-6, 2-2.

In the Olympic League:

Sierra Madre Maranatha 4, Calvary Chapel 1--Lauren Rowe struck out 10 for the visiting Minutemen (8-5-1, 1-1-1), who scored four second-inning runs. Christine Hickey singled home Stephanie Williams, who had tripled, in the seventh for Calvary Chapel’s (9-7, 2-1) only run.

In Sea View League baseball:

Laguna Hills 9, No. 4 Irvine 2--After blowing an 8-1 lead in Friday’s loss to Aliso Niguel, the Hawks rebounded behind Brian Anderson (3-2), who pitched a seven-hitter, striking out six and walking one. He was also two for three with four RBIs. Dustin Hicks, Kevin Barnum and Brandon Latino had two hits each for third-place Laguna Hills (6-7, 4-4), which scored four times in the first inning.

Travis Nault hit his first home and Chad Hazlett (2-2) took the loss for Irvine (10-2, 6-1).

In nonleague baseball:

No. 2 Mater Dei 15, Lakewood Artesia 0 (5, mercy)--Mike Harris had three hits, including a three-run home run, and six RBIs to lead host Mater Dei (12-1). Tim Stewart added a three-run home run, his fourth of the season, for the Monarchs, who have scored 29 runs in their last two games.

Josh Gagne (4-0) pitched three innings to get the victory for Mater Dei.

In Century League boys’ golf:

Foothill 211, Canyon 214--Freshman Ryan Citarella shot a four-over 39 at Anaheim Hills for visiting Foothill (9-1, 6-0). Freshman Chad Blakney led Canyon (5-5, 2-3) with a 41, including an eagle on the par-4 fourth hole.

In the Orange League:

No. 9 Brea Olinda 194, Western 234--Sophomore Nick Wilson was medalist with a one-over 37 and Ryan Wright finished with a 38 for the Wildcats (9-1, 5-0) at El Prado. Western is 3-6, 1-3.
