Sketch of Shooting Suspect Released
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released a sketch Wednesday, shown above, of a man wanted in the attempted murder of Deputy Angel Dominguez.
The 10-year veteran was nearly killed last week when he stopped a driver in Norwalk who then shot him in the neck with a handgun. The bullet narrowly missed Dominguez’s spine and major arteries. He is recovering from his wounds.
The car was described as a gold, four-door Nissan or Honda.
A $15,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the shooter’s arrest. Those with information are asked to call the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.
