Here’s a cynic’s response to the report on an unanswered question in dividing resources and services between the new [San Fernando] Valley city and the rest of Los Angeles (“Secession Report Called ‘Full of Unknowns,’ ” March 30).
Back in Germany, after 15 years of trying to manage East and West Berlin, they just built a wall.
