Rampart Revisited
* How many other “innocent victims” of the Rampart scandal will turn out to be criminals (“Rampart Victim Ovando in Court on Drug Charges,” April 20)? Only time will tell, but every now and then I’m sure we’ll see an article in the paper about one or more of them being arrested. It will be interesting to see how many of the “innocent” millionaires this scandal has created turn out to be anything but.
