Joe Montana Sues Teen Over Porn Web Site
Joe Montana, the quarterback who led the San Francisco 49ers to four Super Bowl victories, sued a Burbank high school student for selling pornography on a Web site called Joemontana fanclub.com.
Montana accuses 18-year-old Emil Lazarian, an exchange student from Armenia, of damaging his reputation by posting pictures of naked women engaged in a variety of sexual acts on the Web site.
Lazarian doesn’t have Montana’s consent to “advertise, promote and sell pornography for substantial profit,” Montana said in a complaint filed Aug. 6 in Santa Clara Superior Court.
“I really don’t know who this Joe Montana is,” Lazarian said.
Lazarian, who has been in the U.S. for two years, said he bought the Web site in April on Bulkregister.com for $10. He hoped to make money because the site came with links to the pornography sites already in place.
