Leadership of Boston Airport Is Criticized
A task force reported that weak leadership plagues the agency in charge of Boston’s Logan International Airport, where terrorists hijacked two planes and crashed them into the World Trade Center.

Acting Gov. Jane Swift said she would implement the recommendations as soon as possible. The Massachusetts Port Authority’s executive director resigned Oct. 25.
