Brent Johnson had little to do in earning his second shutout of the season.

Johnson faced only nine shots and Keith Tkachuk scored two goals, leading the Blues to a 4-0 victory over the Calgary Flames on Saturday at St. Louis.

Johnson was excited about the opportunity to face former Blues goalie Roman Turek for the first time since Turek was traded to Calgary.

“I was pumped up for this game, especially [playing] against Roman,” said Johnson, who backed Turek last season. “I was raring to go. There just wasn’t much for me to do.”

Chris Pronger and Dallas Drake added goals for the Blues, who scored two power-play goals and outshot Calgary, 35-9.

St. Louis had scored only three goals on its last 23 power plays before the game.
