Special Forces OKd for Afghan Operation
Parliament approved the deployment of up to 200 Czech special forces as part as the British-led multinational peacekeeping force in Afghanistan.
Parliament met in closed session in Prague, and results of the vote were not available. But the CTK news agency said approval was “overwhelming.”
