Emotional Victory for Oklahoma State

The Oklahoma State women, playing their first game since the plane crash Saturday in Colorado that killed two members of the men’s team and eight others, overcame a 13-point deficit at Stillwater, Okla., to beat No. 20 Baylor, 69-66. The game was postponed one day because of a memorial service. “There was a lot of emotion out there running down the court,” Oklahoma State’s Chantoya Hawkins said. “We decided to dedicate this game to the 10 people. We said we were going to go out there and work our hardest, and to play like it was our last game, and just come out with a win.” Oklahoma State is 11-8 and 3-5 in the Big 12; Baylor is 15-4, 4-4. . . . Sheana Mosch had 22 points for No. 4 Duke (21-1, 9-1 in the Atlantic Coast Conference) in a 66-58 victory over Wake Forest (11-10, 3-7). . . . No. 9 Florida (18-2, 6-1 in the Southeastern Conference) ended a losing streak at six games against No. 5 Georgia (18-4, 6-2) with a 75-64 victory at Gainesville, Fla. . . .
