Bruin Fans Offer Up an Episode of Dalis

UCLA’s loss to Cal nearly matched the all-time biggest loss of 33 points to the Bears. This is an embarrassment to the UCLA basketball program. I’m so mad, I could scream. It’s frustrating being a UCLA fan in this winter of discontent.

Please stop helping Pete Dalis create a case against Steve Lavin. Lavin is doing fine on his own. But Lavin’s assistance in getting Gary McKnight’s son into UCLA as a walk-on is a non-story. Besides, it pales in comparison to the hiring of players’ fathers as assistant coaches, e.g. Milt Wagner at Memphis or Danny Manning at Kansas.
