JetBlue, a low-fare carrier that began late-night service to Oakland and Ontario, Calif., from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York last summer, will soon add round-trips to JFK from each city. The Oakland flight will depart at 11:50 a.m. daily, starting May 1. The Ontario flight will depart at 10:25 a.m. daily, starting June 1. One-way fares begin at $129. Tel. (800) JETBLUE. . . . Delta and United raised their change fees for “nonrefundable” airline tickets to $100, matching Continental’s $25 increase last month. American Airlines earlier raised its $75 fee to $90. . . . It will be lights out April 1 for the “Main Street Electrical Parade” at Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom at Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The lighted parade, which had a long run at Disneyland in Anaheim, was revamped and reinstalled at the Florida park in 1999. Another nighttime spectacle, “Spectro-Magic,” will replace it.
