Authorities Seek 4 People for Allegedly Violating Probation

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people for allegedly violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

William Arthur Redwood, 29, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for committing a hit-and-run that resulted in injuries. He last lived in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive in Thousand Oaks.

Redwood, who sometimes goes by the name Willie, is white, 5 feet 9, 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Patrice Joann Skiba, who also uses the names Patrice Kelly and Patty Kelly, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance.

Skiba, 41, last lived in the 100 block of Eugenia Street in Ventura. She is white, 5 feet 4, 130 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Leonard Hernandez Garcia, 24, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for attempted robbery. He last lived in the 100 block of Fashion Park Place in Oxnard and last worked at an Oxnard berry farm.

Garcia, who also uses the last name Hernandez, is Latino, 5 feet 4, 135 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a cross tattooed on his left hand.

Jose Manuel Martinez, 23, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for robbery. He last lived in the 17000 block of Texas Lane in Santa Paula.

Martinez is Latino, 5 feet 10, 165 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a tribal band tattooed on his right arm.
