* Museum--Santa Barbara Museum of Art on Saturday will open “Altered Landscapes,” a contemporary photography exhibit, featuring black-and-white works by Joe Deal and Robbert Flick. Through May 6. * Acoustic--RedStar Productions will begin its “RedStar Acoustic Series” Saturday at Presidio Chapel in Santa Barbara. The first installment of the monthly series, highlighting local and visiting musicians, will feature performances by Heather Stevenson, Bill Lanphar, Antara & Delilah and Doug Ingoldsby. * Stargazing--The Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History will host a star party Saturday from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the museum, 2559 Puesta del Sol Road. The museum’s astronomy club will prepare the grounds for viewings of Jupiter and Saturn and their moons. * Dance--The noted modern dance troupe Pilobolus Dance Theatre will stage two performances in celebration of its 30th anniversary at U.C. Santa Barbara’s Campbell Hall. Show times: Tuesday-Wednesday, 8 p.m. $14-$20. 893-3535.

* Opera--U.C. Santa Barbara’s Opera Theatre will present three performances of Jacques Offenbach’s comic opera “Bluebeard” at the campus Lotte Lehmann Concert Hall. * Jazz--The Lobero Jazz Series will continue Feb. 15 with the Billy Taylor Trio recording an installment for the National Public Radio series “Billy Taylor’s Jazz at the Kennedy Center.” The program will be broadcast nationally at a later date.
