A coincidence? A week before Disney’s California Adventure Park opened in Anaheim, Universal Studios Hollywood began providing free, round-trip shuttle service from Anaheim to Universal City for visitors who buy tickets to Universal. Reservations are required. Tel. (800) UNIVERSAL. . . . Northwest and TWA have followed Continental, Delta and United airlines in raising change fees for “nonrefundable” tickets to $100. American, which had raised its fee to $90, added $10 more to match. . . . Amtrak has expanded its experiment with “quiet cars,” which ban cell phones, pagers, computers and loud talking. This month it added the cars to two of its Metroliner runs between Washington, D.C., and New York City. An Amtrak spokeswoman said there are no plans to add quiet cars to West Coast trains.
