Sheriff’s Officials Seek Public’s Help Finding 4 Suspects

Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking four people for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Barrett Allen Stites, 30, allegedly violated his probation on convictions of drunk driving and vandalism and also failed to appear in court on a new charge of drunk driving.

He last worked at a Simi Valley restaurant and last lived in the 1500 block of Patricia Street in Simi Valley.

Stites is Latino, 5 feet 8, 165 pounds and has brown hair, green eyes and the names Denora tattooed on the back of his neck and Nora on his chest. Stites also uses the name Oriel Mendoza.

Valerie Dae Ippolito, 26, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance. She is white, 5 feet 3, 135 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes, butterflies tattooed on her arms and the name Christopher on her chest.

Patricia Macias allegedly violated her probation on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance. She last worked at a coat store in Ventura and last lived in the 100 block of Bernarda Court in Oxnard.

She is Latina, 5 feet, 115 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and the name Jesus tattooed on her right arm. Her age was not released.

David Edward Ratliff, 28, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction of harboring a fugitive. He last lived in the 600 block of Cuesta del Mar Drive in Oxnard. He is white, 5 feet 10, 230 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
