LOCAL NOTES

* Other events that were postponed Tuesday due to poor weather and have been rescheduled:

The Cal State Fullerton women’s home tennis match with UC Irvine is now scheduled at 2 p.m. today.

USC and UCI have rescheduled their men’s tennis match to Friday at USC.

The Vanguard softball game at Cal State San Bernardino has been moved to 1:30 p.m. today at San Bernardino.

In the community college ranks, the Orange Coast College men’s tennis team, scheduled to open Orange Empire Conference play at Irvine Valley yesterday, will instead play at 2 p.m. today at the same location.

The OCC women’s team had its home match with the Lasers postponed to Feb. 22.

BASKETBALL

The Southern Section changed the girls’ basketball Division I-AA bracket, separating Ivy League schools Riverside North and Moreno Valley from the same side of the draw sheet.

San Clemente remains No. 1 in the bracket, now followed by No. 2 North, No. 3 Irvine and No. 4 Moreno Valley.

Irvine will play the Glendora-Coachella Valley winner on Saturday, and Marina will play at Moreno Valley instead of Irvine. North will play Silverado.
