* Lorenzo di Bonaventura, president of worldwide production at Warner Bros. in Burbank signed a new long-term contract with the movie studio.

Di Bonaventura, 44, has been with the studio for 11 years, the company said. He’s in charge of all aspects of development, acquisition and production of feature films for Warner Bros. Pictures. Now he also will be responsible for the studio’s agreements with independent production companies.

* The Walt Disney Co. in Burbank announced three executive changes.

Dean Hallett has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer for the Walt Disney Studios. Hallett is responsible for all financial, strategic and operational aspects of the studio.

Susan Fox has been named vice president of government relations. Fox will represent all of Disney’s operating divisions before the federal government with a particular focus on the Federal Communications Commission. She will be based in Disney’s Washington, D.C., office.

Chris Curtin has been named vice president of corporate synergy and special assistant to the chairman. Curtin will be responsible for certain cross-promotional and marketing activities for Disney’s entertainment and media businesses.

* Stefan Serwe has been named vice president of global marketing for TDK Mediactive in Calabasas. Serwe supervised the marketing aspects of Sound Source Interactive’s integration into TDK Mediactive and will continue to strengthen marketing efforts.

TDK Mediactive publishes interactive software for video games. The company is part of TDK Corp.

* Phillippe Pastor was named president and chief executive of MobilePlanet Europe. MobilePlanet of Chatsworth has opened a new office in Paris to serve existing customers in Europe and broaden the company’s operations there.

MobilePlanet resells mobile computing and wireless products.

* Steven Oshinsky has been appointed chief executive of Tremor Entertainment Inc. of Burbank. Oshinsky manages the portfolio of RAM Capital Management, a private investment banking firm and is also Tremor’s largest shareholder.

Tremor Entertainment produces interactive games.

RAM Capital Management is a privately held venture capital company that has stakes in public and private companies.

* Michael Turner has been appointed president of Bearworth Communications Inc. of Chatsworth. Turner will be responsible for the expansion of the firm’s reputation management and crisis communications practices.

Bearworth is a full-service marketing and public relations company.
