Jewish Educational Series Offered

The city will be one of 30 cities in the country to debut a new Jewish educational series this month.

The accredited chapter of the Jewish Learning Institute will offer adult courses in Jewish history, life-cycle, mysticism and the fundamentals of Jewish thought and practice.

Each course will include eight consecutive lessons prepared by international experts on traditional Jewish learning.

The courses are open to people of all backgrounds and Jewish knowledge.

The first course, “Jewish Mysticism,” will be held on Tuesdays beginning Jan. 30 at the institute, 5052 Warner Ave. near the Warner Ave. and Bolsa Chica intersection in Huntington Beach. For information on class times and enrollment, call (714) 846-2285.
