Decker Named CEO, President of Cycle 23

Grace L. Decker on Monday was named president and chief executive of Cycle 23 Inc., a small Newport Beach company developing software for online shopping and other applications.

Decker, who spent more than 20 years in various roles with retailers including Coach Stores and Jaeger Sportswear, has a solid record in raising venture capital, Cycle 23 director John Tiberi said. He said she would “map out an aggressive strategy” to meet the company’s goals.
