* Mark Chechelnitsky has been named vice president and chief technology officer of iVideoNow Inc. in Encino. Chechelnitsky will manage development initiatives to broaden the company’s product portfolio and market potential.

The company supplies Internet video solutions to corporations.

* Martin G. Paravato has been appointed chief financial officer of TDK Mediactive Inc. of Calabasas.

TDK Mediactive publishes interactive software for personal computers and console systems.

* Steve Rockey has been named vice president of managed applications services at Data Systems Worldwide Inc. in Woodland Hills. He will help develop the company’s Internet data center division B2n.com, e-business site hosting and managed applications services.

* Gerry L. Keshka has been named executive director of the Girl Scout Council of the San Fernando Valley. Keshka will be responsible for forging alliances within the business community to foster greater participation in Scouting.

She replaces Carrol Curtis, who is retiring.

* Erika Laskey has been selected as director of sales and marketing for Chad Therapeutics of Chatsworth. She will oversee all areas in sales and marketing.

Chad Therapeutics develops, manufactures and distributes oxygen conserving devices and oxygen delivery systems for home health care patients who require supplemental oxygen.

* E-Poll of Encino has named Ken Healy vice president of product development and Michelle Waxman as vice president of sales.

Healy had been vice president and lead developer at Snap Software, a provider of multi-market ratings analysis of Nielsen sweep data.

Waxman had previously directed entertainment network affiliate sales for Popmail Network.
