Pick of the Week

Award Shows--4:30 p.m. Sunday: The season of the big-time award shows for movies and TV begins, as always, with the Golden Globes. AOL’s streaming video coverage provides a look backstage and offers participants a chance to vote in instant polls. The polls and backstage tributes to “everyone who voted for me” may not be everyone’s idea of a good time, but they at least won’t include fashion critiques by Joan Rivers. AOL subscribers can join in by going to keywords “AOL Live.”
