The Santa Ana provider of electronic payment systems and wireless printing posted fourth-quarter net income of $356,000, or 3 cents a share, down from $2.3 million, or 21 cents a share, for the fourth quarter a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 declined 31% to $12.2 million. The company said revenue for the 1999 period included a $5.4-million one-time replacement order of financial document printers. For the year, net income dropped to $2.4 million, or 21 cents a share, from $5.8 million, or 64 cents a share, for the previous year. Revenue declined 12% to $51.7 million.
