Katharine Graham in Hospital After Fall
Katharine Graham, chairman of the executive committee of the Washington Post Co., was hospitalized in critical condition after surgery that followed a fall.
Graham, 84, was in Sun Valley attending a business conference and fell on a walkway outside a condominium, said Chip Knight, spokesman for the Post company.
Graham was taken to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, where she was in intensive care, hospital spokeswoman Amy Miller said. Her injuries and what type of surgery Graham underwent were not disclosed.
