Millennium Radio Group to Purchase 3 Stations

Millennium Radio Group, a partnership of UBS Capital Americas and Mercury Capital Partners, agreed to buy “New Jersey 101.5” and two other New Jersey stations from Press Communications.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Millennium is purchasing WKXW-FM (New Jersey 101.5), WBUD-AM in Trenton and WBSS-FM in Corbin City, the company said in a statement. The purchase is expected to be completed in the third quarter.
