Stylish vocalist Nancy Wilson, rhythm king Max Roach and his quartet, and the adventurous and eclectic group Medeski, Martin and Wood help kick off the two-day Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl. David Benoit, Keb’ Mo’ and the Charles Lloyd Quartet will be among the other artists performing at this 23rd annual celebration, which will be hosted by Bill Cosby.
