Median Project to Be Delayed 6 Months

A median barrier project on California 33 that was expected to be completed before April visitors.
will not be finished until September, Caltrans announced.
Construction began at the end of 1999, but the project just northwest of Ventura was hampered by rainy weather, upgrades and other priorities in other areas. Caltrans apologized for the delay in a statement.
