Victims of two traffic accidents Monday have been identified, police said.
A man killed in a three-car accident in Garden Grove was Patrick Moan, 77, of Anaheim, Orange County Coroner’s officials said Tuesday.
Moan was pronounced dead at UCI Medical Center in Orange shortly after the accident, which happened when the Saturn in which he was a passenger collided with a Dodge pickup.
The driver of the Saturn, whose identity was not released, suffered internal injuries and head cuts, said Garden Grove police Lt. John Woods. No one else was injured, he said.
In South Orange County, a motorcyclist who died after he struck a guardrail and was tossed 80 feet on Ortega Highway was identified as Joseph Harveston, 22, of Costa Mesa.
