“We had a ’97 ‘R’ from Chateau Rieussec. That’s all that’s on the label. It’s a Sauternes, but it’s a dry wine and very interesting. It’s from the kind of year when they can’t get sweet enough grapes. But we liked it. We had it with halibut, and it was delicious.”
