* Blues--Noted blues guitarist David “Kid” Ramos and his band will be the featured attraction on Friday at 8:30 p.m. at Victoria Hall, 33 W. Victoria St., Santa Barbara. * Orchids--The 56th annual Santa Barbara International Orchid Show, “Orchid Illusions,” rolls into town on Friday and continues throughout the weekend at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara. Hundreds of orchid species wil be on display, and more than 75 exhibitors wil be on hand with flowers, supplies, corsages, posters and pins for sale. * Voices--The Santa Barbara Quire of Voyces will perform this weekend at St. Anthony’s Seminary Chapel, 2300 Garden St., Santa Barbara. The “Voices of Spain” program will be highlighted by choral literature of the Spanish Renaissance and the 20th century.
