A man charged with violating a court order to stay away from Dodger first baseman Eric Karros was taken into custody for allegedly trying to contact the athlete again.
Torrance Superior Court Judge Jesse Rodriguez remanded Joseph Prudhomme, 45, into custody for violating a protective order barring him from contacting Karros.
