A Los Alamitos racetrack jockey was arrested on a warrant charging him with workers’ compensation fraud and accusing him of bilking the state system in disability payments.
Carlos Cristo, 31, was arrested at his home in Santa Ana by California Department of Insurance investigators on charges of fraudulently receiving $50,000 from Total Temporary Disability and vocational rehabilitation benefits from Golden Eagle and State Compensation Insurance Fund.
