POW/MIA Bracelets

Re “Long Journey Toward Closure,” April 30: “PFC Timothy Owen, 6-29-68.” That’s what’s on my POW bracelet, which I have worn virtually every day since 1969. The bracelet broke in half once; I had it soldered. The nickel wore off; I had it re-dipped. Parts of the engraving have worn away, but I can still read it. And I still wear it. I will wear it until he is found. Isn’t that the least of what we owe?
