How Difficult Is It to Turn Off Lights?
In “Office Buildings, the Lights Are On, but Nobody’s Home” [May 10], the article pointed out the need for the Public Utilities Commission to change regulations on metering power to these buildings. Excuse me, but what is wrong with “Last one out, turn out the lights”? How difficult is that?
