Energy Contributions
Re contributions to Gov. Gray Davis from energy companies, Nov. 16: The $50,000 given to the Davis campaign and any other such contributions to officeholders in California should be held in trust until the state recovers the $9 billion to our budget surplus that was lost during the energy crisis.
