Police Seek SUV Used in Drive-By Shooting

Police are looking for a man in a white Toyota sport utility vehicle involved in a drive-by shooting that killed a 16-year-old boy who dreamed of being a professional baseball player.
Juan Delgado was fatally shot Sunday outside his Echo Park home by someone in what police believe was a Toyota 4Runner.
