Apria Healthcare CFO Leaving

Apria Healthcare Group Inc., a provider of home health-care products and services, said Chief Financial Officer John Maney is departing at month’s end to become CFO of Allianz Asset Management of America, a unit of Allianz AG Holding.

Apria said it has initiated a search for a successor. In the interim, Chief Executive Philip Carter will assume responsibility for day-to-day financial matters.

The stock closed Tuesday at $21.51, off 47 cents a share, on the on the New York Stock Exchange.
