Air France and British Airways said they will resume Concorde flights on Nov. 7, about 15 months after the supersonic airliner was grounded because of a deadly crash.

The sleek, needle-nosed aircraft has been revamped to address safety concerns after the July 25, 2000, crash in a Paris suburb that killed 113 people.

Air France started selling tickets on Monday and British Airways will start booking flights today. Air France plans to operate five weekly round-trip flights between Paris and New York. The 3-hour, 55-minute flight, at a ticket price of $7,290 round trip, offers a meal that includes champagne and caviar.
