Entravision to Buy El Paso TV Station

Entravision Communications Corp., a Spanish-language media company, will pay $18 million in cash to buy El Paso television station KKWB from White Knight Broadcasting of El Paso Inc.
The WB Network affiliate will become part of Univision Communications Inc.’s Telefutura Spanish-language network in the first quarter, Entravision said. Entravision is an affiliate of Univision.
