USC, Pepperdine Featured in Doubleheader at Forum

USC, Pepperdine, Fresno State and Gonzaga will play in a college basketball doubleheader scheduled for Dec. 6 at the Forum. All advanced to the NCAA tournament last season except for Pepperdine, which reached the second round of the NIT.

The doubleheader, named ‘Fab Four,’ will get underway at 6:30 p.m. with Fresno State facing Gonzaga. USC will face Pepperdine at 9 p.m. Both games will be televised on Fox Sports Net 2 and Fox Sports Net Northwest.

Tickets for the doubleheader, originally scheduled for the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, range in price from $10 to $55. They went on sale Thursday and can be purchased through the event’s Web Site, www.FabFourHoops.com, or Ticketmaster at (213) 480-3232.

The game against Pepperdine will be one of four this season at the Forum for the Trojans, who, because of scheduling conflicts at the Sports Arena, also will play there against Washington State (Jan. 4), Washington (Jan. 6) and UCLA (Jan. 10).
