If you just want to look at Anna Kournikova, you may like her fitness video. If you’re looking to get a good workout, this isn’t it.

Sure, Kournikova looks good. But she rarely breaks a sweat. And she doesn’t work with any weights heavier than two pounds.

The 52-minute DVD and videotape, scheduled to hit stores Tuesday, will probably be a success.

Although she has not won a tennis tournament, Kournikova ranks among the most in-demand product endorsers. The most recent Forbes Power List, which measures celebrity power based on Internet popularity, press clippings, magazine cover stories, TV and radio mentions and endorsement dollars, ranks Kournikova No. 54 among all celebrities. According to Lycos--a company Kournikova endorses--she is the most-searched-for athlete on the Internet.

The DVD and video follows Kournikova through a warmup, an upper-body session, a lower-body session and a cool-down session. She also talks about diet and nutrition.

There is quite a bit of time to fill, so Kournikova is shown doing such things as tossing around a medicine ball. But to her fans, maybe it doesn’t matter what she does.
