Four people were arrested Thursday during a protest by the environmental organization Greenpeace over Edison International’s development of a coal-burning power facility in Thailand, police said.

Two people face trespassing charges.

Two others are accused of attaching themselves to a bus positioned to block entrance to the company’s parking lot.

After ignoring orders to disperse, the two were eventually sawed free and arrested.

The protest began late Wednesday, police said, when several people parked the bus in front of the company’s Von Karman Avenue headquarters and flattened its tires to prevent it from being moved, authorities said.
