Davis Names 2 Judges to County Superior Court

Gov. Gray Davis named two new judges to the Los Angeles County Superior Court bench on Thursday.
Daniel J. Buckley, 47, of Pasadena has been a member of the Breidenbach, Buckley, Huchting, Halm & Hamblet law firm since 1980. He received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame. H. Chester Horn Jr., 54, of Malibu is a deputy attorney general who oversees proposed sales and conversions of nonprofit hospitals into for-profit businesses. He is a UCLA Law School graduate.
