Teacher Pleads Innocent to Child Porn Charges
A schoolteacher pleaded not guilty Wednesday to 20 misdemeanor charges of possessing and downloading child pornography, authorities said.
James Robertson, 56, of Thousand Oaks remained in Ventura County Jail on $10,000 bail pending a trial set for Aug. 27, authorities said. He works at White Oak Elementary School in Westlake Village and most recently taught fourth and fifth grades.
